Oggetto: The same is true of people who look good on document
For example, if this is the quarterback they will say
something like "he might make all the throws. " This first thought is, that tells me nothing about his likelihood of success it is near the minimum involving my expectations. I want a guy who won't be satisfied with anything less than a championship.

In the 80's Delta airlines had one of
the worst slogans ever previously in my humble opinion: "Delta gets you at this time there. " That expressed a great attitude of "We only do the minimum. " Would Delta be in business if they didn't enable you to get there? That's like Nike having the slogan 'We have shoes you are able to wear. ' Instead Nike travelled with "Just Do It" understanding that attitude of accomplishing things inspired the organization to greater heights.

There exists a saying most football coaches
know that illustrates the importance of attitude: "He looks like Tarzan, but plays like Jane. " Many athletes look imposing getting off the bus, but have bad attitudes that keep these people from fulfilling their possibilities. The same is true of people who look good on documents. I always say 'Credentials never produce things, people plus their actions do. '

I want to work with people who
have their greatest accomplishments into their future, not their past. I don't want those who can show me what they've got done, I want folks who can't wait to present me (and the world) what they can do.

Who do you think will be more successful, the person who when approached with a thought immediately lists all the causes it won't work, or anyone who starts suggesting ways of make it happen? Nearly everything
that makes our world easier are things that to start with glance people said will never be possible.
